About Dr. Saff

Science, and the person in the chair

Dr. Abe Saff brings a patient-centered approach to every visit at Elite Dental Center of Toms River. He grew up in Brooklyn, earned degrees in both Biological Sciences and Psychology at Baruch College in New York, then his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in 2020.

That pairing of science and psychology shows up in how he practices: careful, detailed clinical work, explained clearly and calmly, so patients (and nervous ones especially) feel at ease.

He has a particular passion for children's dentistry. In dental school he received the Certificate of Merit, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Student Award. As an airway-focused provider, he looks at how oral health connects to overall well-being, not just at the tooth in front of him.

He began his career in Indiana and is licensed in both Indiana and New Jersey. Today he cares for patients in Toms River.
